Get Grounded & Aligned – Do You Have A Bad Back Caused By A Misaligned Pelvis?

Grounding is the life force of health. Without establishing ground we can not build the foundation of health. This mindful exercise will do just that! Starting from your centre of gravity you will ground and align. To do so you’ll need a belt, strap, scarf or something similar. The more you practice grounding exercises the quicker you’ll be able to get results. Meanwhile the alignment exercise can be done as you multitask, alongside everyday, relaxation exercises, such as watching TV or reading a book, but it’s important to put the time and effort into it, alone. By practicing it without distractions every now and then (so you start from a place of mindfulness). This will grow your muscle memory. Helping your body to remember and therefore re-align more easily.
