This module will educate and support you to make your own choices and ensure that you are optimising the health benefits of your chosen way of eating. This is not about having strict rules or restrictions around food, but instead about using the variety of foods that we eat to nourish our bodies so that we can enjoy optimum health. Healthy intake is all about having a healthy balance of the foods which will replenish, restore, and revitalise you.
