Are you looking to find some relief from the pressures of a stressed and overactive mind? Do you feel exhausted but unable to switch off and get the rest you need? Are you feeling anxious and looking to quieten negative thoughts and restore some balance?

A 20 minute Yoga Nidra practice can be as restorative as 2 hours of sleep and has many benefits, including facilitating healing, of the body and mind, boosting energy, and helping to relieve anxiety and stress. Yoga Nidra is the practice of ‘Yogic Sleep’. There is no physical activity involved, simply lie down somewhere comfortable and let yourself be guided into a state of deep relaxation, suspended between the worlds of wakefulness and sleep.

A Yoga Nidra session will clear and calm your mind, leaving you ready to either drift into a restful sleep or to face the rest of the day feeling refreshed and restored.
