Together we’ll explore ways you can turn inwards tuning in to your natural ebb and flow. Through a series of breath work and movement practices you’ll connect with your mind, your moods and understand what’s happening in the present moment.
Lorna Green shows people how to live first and worry less in a world that doesn’t make it easy. Born in Scotland but the world is now her home.
She laugh’s super loud and sometimes I talks very fast, that it can be hard to tell if she’s taken a breath, but her style of Yoga is the opposite as she guide you to find the pauses to take notice of.
