Yin and Restorative Yoga are considered more gentle styles of practice but gentle doesn’t mean less effective. Fostering a deep healing on all levels of body, mind and spirit we will use our time together to create a delightful sequence you can use before bed or anytime you need to press pause in your day and turn inwards.
