Megan helps people rehabilitate and re-balance their bodies, inside and out, in order to experience their full potential and participate in all the activities they enjoy. So in this session she focuses on designing a Yoga practice for bed time.

Dr. Megan Brothen is a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Yoga Instructor and Certified Essential Oil Specialist. 

Her journey has included many ups and downs due to various injuries which led her on a powerful path of self-transformation and ultimately to helping others add exercise to their lives in manageable ways, whether new to exercise or returning from injury.

She is passionate about helping women create simple routines with yoga and natural wellness practices so they can reduce anxiety and feel healthy and happy.
